WWE Studios and A&E Network are teaming up for a slew of new Biography specials along with a brand new TV series, and both will premiere next month. Eight superstars will have their lives and pro wrestling careers highlighted in their own two-hour Biography documentaries, while the new show WWE's Most Wanted Treasures goes on the hunt for some missing wrestling memorabilia. Both shows debut on Sunday, April 18, and you can watch a sneak peek preview below.

We reported in 2019 that five WWE superstars were getting their own Biography specials, and now it's been revealed that three more legends have been added to the lineup. The series will kick off with WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin with the premiere episode, with the following Biography specials highlighting "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Booker T, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Ultimate Warrior, Mick "Mankind" Foley, and Bret "The Hitman" Hart.

The WWE Biography documentaries are produced by WWE Studios for A&E Network. Kevin Dunn, Chris Kaiser, Susan Levison, and Richard Lowell are executive producing for WWE Studios with Elaine Frontain Bryant and Brad Abramson exec producing for A&E Network.

"For more than two decades, Biography has been the home for premium non-fiction storytelling and we are excited to expand upon that with this all-encompassing partnership with WWE," Bryant said on behalf of A&E in a statement. "This one-of-a-kind collaboration gives viewers the ultimate ringside seat as we chronicle the journeys of these cultural icons and the memorabilia that follows."

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon added: "We are thrilled to unveil the stories behind some of the greatest Legends and moments in WWE history. Together with A&E, we've created an incredible slate of programming steeped in nostalgia that will inspire and entertain audiences worldwide."

Meanwhile, WWE's Most Wanted Treasures will take viewers on a ride to track down some of the most iconic memorabilia from WWE history that has gone missing. Consisting of nine episodes, the series will follow Stephanie McMahon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque leading a team of collectors and fellow WWE stars as they investigate, negotiate, bid, and travel across the country to hunt down and reclaim some of the most elusive WWE collectibles.

Some of the items they'll be looking for include Kane's original mask, Ric Flair's butterfly robe, Andy Kaufman's neckbrace, and Andre the Giant's passport. The new program will also bring many major wrestling superstars from WWE's past along for the ride. Some of the legends confirmed to appear in the new show include The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Charlotte Flair Mick Foley, Kane, Big Show, Mark Henry, Jerry "The King" Lawler, Booker T, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and Sgt. Slaughter.

Biography with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin will premiere on Sunday, April 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. WWE's Most Wanted Treasures will immediately follow with its debut at 10 p.m. ET/PT. This news comes to us from WWE.
