Boy Meets World fans always knew that Mr. Feeny wasn't to be messed with, but now an unsuspecting burglar is well aware of that as well. William Daniels, the 91-year-old actor who portrayed the beloved teacher on the 90s series, recently stopped an attempted burglary at his home. Apparently, he's still pretty sharp, even in his twilight years.

According to local authorities, the incident happened over the weekend when a would-be intruder tried to kick in the back door of William Daniels' home, which is located in the San Fernando Valley in California. William Daniels was at home with his wife, actress Bonnie Bartlett. Upon hearing someone trying to kick in the door, Daniels hurried downstairs and turned on the lights. That was enough to scare the individual away. Actor Will Friedle, who starred as Eric alongside Daniels on Boy Meets World, took to Twitter upon hearing the news to show his love.

"Don't ever mess with Mr. Feeny! #LoveYouBillAndBonnie"

No information or description has been released by authorities regarding a possible suspect and, as of this writing, nobody has been apprehended in connection to the attempted break in. Recently, a string of burglaries targeting celebs has been taking place in the Los Angeles area. LAPD investigators do not believe that William Daniels and Bonnie Bartlett were targeted and don't believe this incident is connected to that same string of crimes. Authorities believe the crime was random in nature. The actor's publicist had this to say in a statement.

"Luckily, Mr. Daniels was able to frighten away the person and the LAPD quickly responded. They are both well. Mr. Daniels thanks all his fans for their concern."

Over the course of seven seasons and more than 150 episodes from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Feeny not only kept the kids of John Adams High School in line, but also taught them valuable life lessons. It wasn't just about being an authority figure. What made William Daniels so lovable and memorable is the fact that he always had wisdom to impart on his students that made an impact. Yet, he knew how to bring the hammer down when necessary. Would Cory and Topanga really have been the same without him? It's clear that Daniels managed to bring that into his own life.

Aside from his role as George Feeny, Williams Daniels has had a prolific career, starring on shows like St. Elsewhere and Knight Rider as the voice of K.I.T.T., as well as in movies like The Graduate and The Blue Lagoon. In recent years, he's starred in Grey's Anatomy and The Closer. Daniels reprised his role as Mr. Feeny on the series Girl Meets World, which ran for three seasons and concluded its run last year.
