According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tim Blake Nelson is coming aboard the CBS' drama pilot Chaos.

Pilot follows "a group of rogue CIA operatives led by Rick Martinez (Freddy Rodriguez) combating bureaucratic gridlock, rampant incompetence and political infighting."

Blake (O Brother, Where Art Thou?) is going to play a trained psychologist-turned-Core Collector at the CIA who runs the ODS (Office of Disruptive Services) team. He is a tactical genius and doesn't understand why Rick was chosen to be a part of the team.
