The CW Network has released the first poster for Season 10 of Supernatural, featuring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins and Mark Sheppard. The new season of Supernatural kicks off Tuesday, October 7 at 9 PM ET with the Season 10 Premiere, following the series premiere of The Flash.

In addition, The CW is airing a Supernatural Retrospective special on Monday, October 6 at 9pm ET, following the premiere of The Originals. Executive producers and stars share their favorite memories over the last nine years and tease what's to come in the Supernatural Retrospective special.

We reported in May that Mark Sheppard was promoted to series regular, after recurring as Crowley since Season 5, appearing in 35 episodes since 2009.

We also reported in July that the show's 200th episode will be a musical, although it isn't known if Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins or Mark Sheppard will actually be belting out the tunes themselves.
