It might be pretty short notice but fans of Stranger Things can celebrate the show with Netflix, who have finally unveiled their schedule ahead of Stranger Things Day 2021, which happens on November 6th. We all know now that Stranger Things will return sometime in 2022 for its fourth season and that there are a number of other projects based on the series still to come, and as part of their celebration of everything "upside-down", Netflix will be "teasing new footage and exclusive content on social media, hosting live fan experiences and introducing limited edition merchandise online and in brick and mortar stores around the world."

So why November 6th? Well anyone who is a fan of the show will already be able to work out the answer to that, and it comes down to the date being a pretty important on when it comes to the town of Hawkins, Indiana. For those who don't know, here is what Netflix had to say by way of explanation in their official release. "On November 6, 1983, Will Byers went missing in Hawkins, Indiana," Netflix's official press release reads. "Long after the town gave up the search, his friends kept looking... and discovered a mysterious girl known only by a number: Eleven. She was alone, hunted and extremely powerful. Eleven would stop at nothing to help them find their friend."

There will be a lot of activity throughout the day happening across various channels in anticipation of the show's fourth season, but you can plan your way around with the schedule of main events that was released earlier today by Netflix, which means you don't have to be glued to your phones and tablets all day to catch the best bits.
