The crew of the starship USS Voyager are heading back home this month, as the cast of Star Trek: Voyager are set to reunite for the show's 25th anniversary. With recent events leaving so many of us at home looking for entertainment, these kinds of cast reunions for famous movies and television shows have been really helping people out during these troubling times. Now, as revealed by hosts Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley, the Voyager cast will be reunited on a live-stream for Stars In The House on Tuesday, May 26, at 8 p.m. EST.

A big portion of the ensemble cast will be present on the live-streamed reunion for us to look forward to. It has been revealed that the guest list includes Kate Mulgrew (Captain Kathryn Janeway), Jery Ryan (Seven of Nine), Robert Beltran (Chakotay), Robert Duncan McNeill (Tom Paris), Ethan Phillips (Neelix), Garrett Wang (Harry Kim), Roxann Dawson (B'Elanna Torres), and Robert Picardo (The Doctor). There's certainly more than enough names here to excite Voyager fans, though the biggest fans might still be missing the presence of Tim Russ (Tuvok) and Jennifer Lien (Kes).

The reunion seems like it will be just as fun for the cast as it will be for the fans checking it out. "I am delighted that the entire cast of Star Trek: Voyager will beam in for a 25th Anniversary Reunion panel on Stars In The House to benefit The Actors Fund," Picardo says of the reunion, adding that he hopes many fans will join them for the event and "support this important cause with a donation at the moment in time it will mean the most." For her part, Mulgrew seems to be really looking forward to the event as well. She says: "This reunion will be both gratifying and novel: we are all alive, we are all congenial, and we are all still actors!"

Star Trek: Voyager ran for seven seasons and 172 episodes overall between 1995 and 2001. While most Star Trek stories typically follow Starfleet officers venturing into the depths of space intentionally, Voyager instead focused on a lost starship stranded in the Delta Quadrant with years away from making it back home. There have been no discussions about reviving the series with a reboot or any sequel shows at this time, though Jeri Ryan did reprise the role of Seven of Nine for the Patrick Stewart series Star Trek: Picard. Chances are we might be seeing other fan favorites popping up on that series as well.

A smaller cast reunion took place earlier this year on a Star Trek cruise, with a handful of Voyager co-stars gathering for a snapshot posted online by Russ. This upcoming reunion is certainly very exciting as well with the other key players involved and it's going to be mandatory viewing for any longtime Voyager fan. Fans will also be able to donate to The Actors Fund during the reunion for a chance to have their names read on the air. Again, the reunion takes place on Tuesday, May 26 at 8 p.m. EST on the Stars In The House channel on YouTube as well as the official website. We'll see you there!
