Kim Cattrall has taken to social media to call out former Sex and the City costar Sarah Jessica Parker for exploiting the death of her brother. Cattrall's brother was reported missing last week and was later found dead by Canadian police, less than 24 hours after the report. Circumstances surrounding Chris Cattrall's death are not clear at this time, but friends and colleagues have been taking to social media to share their condolences with Kim Cattrall and her family. Sarah Jessica Parker commented on a social media post that Cattrall made announcing her brother's death, but it apparently isn't welcome.

When Kim Cattrall announced her brother's death, Sarah Jessica Parker commented on the post saying, "Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Xx." The two former Sex and the City stars have been in a bit of a feud lately and it was just ramped up about ten notches by Cattrall, who called Parker a "hypocrite" and "cruel" after Parker left her comment. Cattrall took it step further, accusing Sarah Jessica Parker of exploiting the death of her brother to get her "nice girl persona" back. Cattrall had this to say.

"My Mom asked me today, "When will that Sarah Jessica Parker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?" Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. Let me make this very clear. (If I haven't already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your nice girl persona."

Sarah Jessica Parker also spoke about the death of Kim Cattrall's brother when asked about the situation during an event last week. Parker appeared at the Paley Center Media's An Evening With the Cast of Divorce. She said this.

"If somebody in your life, whether you're in touch with them or not, (is) suffering for any reason, it's involuntary that you want to convey condolences or sadness or just let someone know you're thinking about them."

Former Sex and the City costar Cynthia Nixon also commented on Kim Cattrall's social media post, but she was not mentioned by the actress for being a "hypocrite" like Parker. It appears that the set of Sex and the City was not as fun for Cattrall.

Fans have been waiting for Sex and the City 3 for years and 2018 finally seemed like the year that it was going to happen. But talks fizzled out and it was rumored that Kim Cattrall was the reason for the movie not happening. Rumors of diva-like behavior also began to spread and were never confirmed or denied by Sarah Jessica Parker when asked about the situation. Cattrall later, through a series of interviews and social media posts, set the record straight, defending herself, while calling the Sex and the City environment "toxic."

Sarah Jessica Parker has remained relatively quiet about the whole situation while Kim Cattrall continues to put the actress on blast. If Sex and the City 3 had any future, it was just officially torched (again) by Cattrall, who has zero interest in returning to the hit franchise. Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis have also remained silent on the future of Sex and the City as well as the public feud between Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall.
