Netflix has announced the all-star guest lineup for Seth Rogen's Hilarity for Charity. Seth Rogen and friends combine stand-up, sketches, and music into an awesome comedy special. The event takes place this weekend at the Hollywood Palladium, but Netflix subscribers all over the world will be able to watch the event for the first time ever in April. This is the first year that Hilarity for Charity will have been filmed for broadcast.

Seth Rogen's Hilarity for Charity features Tiffany Haddish, Sarah Silverman, Michelle Wolf, John Mulaney, James Corden, The Muppets, Post Malone, Nick Kroll, Kumail Nanjiani, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jeff Goldblum, Michael Che, Craig Robinson & The Nasty Delicious. There could also be some more surprise guests that aren't scheduled to appear as well. The charity event was started by Seth and his wife Lauren Miller Rogen. Lauren had this to say.

"We started the Los Angeles variety show six years ago in order to raise awareness for Alzheimer's, a disease that has touched so many families including my own. Our goal is to educate a younger audience and ultimately create the next generation of advocates for the cause. I am so thrilled to be able to share this year's show with an even larger audience through our partnership with Netflix and are proud to have them as a partner."

In 2012, Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller Rogen founded Hilarity for Charity as a resource for the millennial generation, to help bridge the gap in understanding the landscape of Alzheimer's disease. Using this unique approach, Hilarity for Charity aims to significantly improve outcomes for all family members contending with Alzheimer's disease by 2020. Since its inception, Hilarity for Charity has raised more than $7 million to support these efforts.

Past Hilarity for Charity events have been some pretty epic shows that aren't always what you'd expect. For instance, one year, Seth Rogen joined the Backstreet Boys on stage to perform their hit song "Backstreet's Back" to an enthusiastic audience that didn't know whether to sing along or laugh at Rogen attempting to hang with the Boys. Past guests have included Patton Oswalt, Tenacious D, Bill Hader, Kevin Hart, Samuel L. Jackson, Mindy Kaling, and Bruno Mars, to name a few.

As previously noted, the Hilarity for Charity will take place at the Hollywood Palladium this Saturday night, March 24th. Netflix will broadcast the show for the first time in April, but no official release date has been announced. However, the Hilarity for Charity site says that it will broadcast "soon."
