After successful runs with the big screen blockbuster comedy Ted and an appearance on Saturday Night Live, Family Guy and American Dad! creator Seth MacFarlane has decided to make his second foray into live action television.

The comedy will be co-written and executive produced by Ted writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild. The premise revolves around two successful men in their thirties who have their fathers unexpectedly move in with them. It will be a single camera half hour sitcom.

The last time Seth MacFarlane tried his hand at a live action series was with 2007's The Winner, which starred Rob Corddry as a thirty-year old living with his parents. So, as you can see, the premise isn't that far removed from this new show.

Seth MacFarlane is also doing a remake of The Flintstones for Fox, but that project is currently on hold.
