MTV Studios and Quibi have released the official Punk'd reboot trailer. The new take on the show features Chance the Rapper as the host. Quibi has also revealed the full lineup of unsuspecting stars set to appear on the highly-anticipated series. Ashton Kutcher hosted the original MTV series, which started in 2003 and went until 2007. However, Punk'd has been reimagined for a new generation and is available only on Quibi starting Monday, April 6th.

The full roster of A-lister celebrity marks in the Punk'd reboot include: Lil Nas X, Adam Devine, Migos, French Montana, Megan Thee Stallion, Sabrina Carpenter, Addison Rae, Ty Dolla $ign, Miles Brown, Marsai Martin, and Liza Koshy. Scott Disick will serve as a guest host on the reboot series. From the look of things, the original spirit is still intact, though it looks like Chance the Rapper and crew might be taking this one a little further than any past incarnation.

The MTV series that coined the cultural verb, "Punk'd," started a phenomenon by going where no show had gone before, though Candid Camera pretty much did the same thing, just much less extreme. Now, Chance the Rapper, along with his signature '3' baseball cap, is stepping into the director's chair with new laughs, new hoaxes and new celebrity 'marks' in bite-sized episodes. This time around, no stars are safe, and the hidden cameras will be there to catch every second.

This is not the first time that Punk'd has been rebooted. MTV announced a new version of the series back in 2010 that was to feature Justin Bieber as a guest host. Tyler, the Creator, Bam Margera, Hayden Panettiere, Lucy Hale, Nick Cannon, Dax Shepard, Miley Cyrus, Heather Morris, Kellan Lutz, Daniel Tosh, and Mac Miller all served as guest hosts in the 2012 version of the show. Ashton Kutcher remained on board as executive producer and even went on camera to help out. The show was given the reboot treatment again in 2015 when BET did their own version of the show with hosts King Bach and DeStorm Power. However, they ended up using past footage from the old show, spliced in with new segments.

Quibi has also announced that 3 bonus episodes of Punk'd will be given at launch to anyone who enters their email at Quibi.com before April 6th. The Quibi app launches on April 6th and is now available for pre-order. Quibi is currently offering a 90-day free trial for a limited time to those who sign-up at Quibi.com before April 30th. Each episode of the reboot will be 10 minutes long, just like everything else on the upcoming streaming platform, which they refer to as "bite-sized." The plan for the platform is to spend over $1 billion on original content within its first year. You can check out the Punk'd reboot trailer above, thanks to the Quibi YouTube channel.
