One of the more memorable performances during last night's 87th Oscars telecast was the Oscar-nominated song "Everything is Awesome" from The Lego Movie, performed by Tegan and Sara, Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island. The performance had a number of other surprise guests, including QuestLove from The Roots, The Lego Movie composer and Devo singer Mark Mothersbaugh and even Batman himself, as portrayed by Will Arnett.

Of course, Will Arnett voiced Batman in The Lego Movie, but he actually sang a few lines from his hilarious Batman song in the movie called "Untitled Self Portrait," which was intertwined with "Everything Is Awesome." The "Untitled Self Portrait" song could be heard in the Batwing during Batman's introduction in The Lego Movie. After the performance, The Lego Movie director Chris Miller revealed that the actor actually wore Val Kilmer's Batman suit from the 1995 movie Batman Forever during the Oscars.

While the "Everything is Awesome" song was surely a highlight for many fans watching the Oscars last night, the song ultimately lost out to "Glory" from Selma, performed by John Legend and Common. In case you want to watch it again, we have the full "Everything Is Awesome" performance, along with a Vine video featuring Will Arnett's brief performance, along with tweets from Chris Miller.
