Selena Gomez' Madison offers some friendly advice to freshmen Shelby (Chloe Moretz) and Beth (Kiersey Clemons) in our exclusive clip from Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. This comedy sequel debuts on Blu-ray and DVD formats today, after arriving on Digital HD earlier this month. This exclusive scene you can't see anywhere else features Shelby and Beth going to their first party, but it's not all that it's cracked up to be.

After a random guy hands Shelby and Beth some drinks, Madison intervenes, telling these potential pledges of her Phi Alpha sorority that they should never drink the punch at a party. Instead, Madison hands them two bottles of liquor and sends them on their way. This party experience isn't exactly what Shelby and Beth expect, which leads them to start their own sorority, right across from Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner's (Rose Byrne) house. This follow-up to Neighbors features even more hysterically raunchy banter and outrageous antics, but this time the ladies have taken charge.

Now that Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) have a second baby on the way, they are ready to make the final move into adulthood: the suburbs. But just as they thought they'd reclaimed the neighborhood and were safe to sell, they learn that the new occupants next door are a hard-partying, out-of-control sorority, led by Shelby (Chloe Grace Moretz). Mac and Kelly are forced to team up with their charismatic ex-neighbor and now secret weapon, Teddy (Zac Efron), since the ladies of Kappa Nu aren't going down without a fight. It's parenthood vs. sisterhood when the new neighbors assert their right to party just as hard as the boys.

Director Nicholas Stoller (Neighbors, Forgetting Sarah Marshall) delivers an over-the-top laugh fest with the new wild neighbors. The bonus features on the Blu-ray and DVD release, from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, includes Deleted Scenes, Gag Reel, Line-O-Rama and a number of featurettes. Nu Neighbors features director Nick Stoller and Producers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg talk about their initial ideas for theSorority Rising, the traps they avoided in making their first sequel, and the big differences between the first film and Neighbors 2.

The Prodigal Bros Return featurette showcases the not so beloved brothers of Delta Psi return... for a day. We hear from Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jerrod Carmichael and Zac Efron about their day on set while they catch us up on where they've been since the end of Neighbors. Girls Rule showcases the new threat to Mac and Kelly's household in the form of the Kappa Nu women. Learn more about the experiences of the new women on set, while The Ultimate Tailgate offers a behind-the-scenes look at the tailgate sequence.
