Jessica Jones season 3 is coming to Netflix in June. Star Krysten Ritter just released the first promo for the final season on social media and fans are more than likely starting to get pretty excited. With that being said, Marvel fans are also trying to figure out how the show will wrap up the Marvel shows on the streaming platform. Over the past several months, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Luke Cage, and The Punisher have all been canceled, which bummed out a lot of fans.

Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones teaser features her main character sitting at a bar as she crushes a shot glass in her hand. There's nothing else, just a message from Krysten Ritter declaring that the show is "coming soon." Netflix hasn't really been promoting the show and the release month was only revealed through a mass promo for the upcoming June releases on the streaming platform. With that being said, there is still no official release date set, though it could be coming a lot sooner than initially thought.

While the Jessica Jones release date has not been revealed, the Netflix promo only covers the first half of the month. This means it is likely the show will premiere either on June 7th or June 15th. With that being said, we still haven't seen a trailer for the final season, which means the 15th is the more logical date with the week leading up dropping a full trailer for the show. It's the last of the Marvel and Netflix shows, so it's a pretty big deal since the partnership was very successful for the majority of the shows.

It's possible Jessica Jones will get a proper ending since the cancellation was already in place. The rest of the shows received their pink slips after the fact, leaving most of them with cliff hangers. The final season of Jessica Jones had already wrapped production by the time the cancellation was announced, but was enough time for the cast and crew to reconvene for some possible reshoots to give a definitive ending to the series. Or, they may have left it the same as the rest of the Marvel shows in order to keep the mystery moving forward.

Jessica Jones season 1 first premiered on Netflix in 2015 and quickly became a favorite on the streaming platform. Critics and fans gravitated towards the series and many were looking forward to seeing how it and the rest of the Marvel shows were going to develop over the next handful of years. Now, they're all in limbo as we try and figure out what is going to happen in the future with these popular characters. At least there's a final season of Jessica Jones to look forward to.
