FXX has set the premiere date of Wednesday, September 4 for its flagship comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League, and the late night comedy show Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.

FXX, the new entertainment basic cable channel from FX Networks, launches on Monday, September 2 at 7:00 AM ET/PT and will be carried in 72 million homes at launch.

The comedy smash hit It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia returns for Season 9 on September 4, at 10:00 PM ET/PT, and airing for 13 episodes on Wednesday nights. Starring Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Kaitlin Olson and Danny DeVito, Sunny was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel, Thomas Lofaro, Rob Rosell, Scott Marder and David Hornsby. This season Sunny will celebrate the telecast its 100th episode on Wednesday, October 9 at 10:00 PM ET/PT. The show is produced by FX Productions.

The critically-acclaimed comedy series The League returns for Season 5 on September 4 at 10:30 PM ET/PT, airing 13 episodes on Wednesday nights. Created by the husband-and-wife team of Jeff Schaffer and Jackie Marcus Schaffer who serve as executive producers and directors, the ensemble cast features Mark Duplass, Stephen Rannazzisi, Nick Kroll, Paul Scheer, Katie Aselton and Jonathan Lajoie. The series is produced by FX Productions.

The acclaimed late night comedy show Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell is expanding to five nights a week beginning September 4, airing Monday through Thursday nights at 11:00 PM ET/PT, with Best of the Week compilation episodes Sunday nights at 11:00 PM ET/PT. The half-hour show stars standup comedian W. Kamau Bell as he hilariously dissects politics, pop culture, race, religion, sex and the media from his own unique point of view. W. Kamau Bell, Chris Rock, Chuck Sklar and Keri Smith Esguia are Executive Producers. The show is produced by FX Productions. The show is shot in New York City before a live studio audience.
