Nickelodeon has finally released the first trailer for Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie and it should absolutely delight fans of the classic Nicktoons series. The 90s was the decade that gave birth to the best and most fondly remembered shows in Nickelodeon's history, but Hey Arnold! is very near the top of many lists. Now, after more than a decade since the Nickelodeon show went off the air, it looks like we're finally going to get a satisfying conclusion.

The trailer for Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie promises a very heartfelt story, but it is also a lot more action-packed than anyone may have been expecting. The series certainly saw Arnold and the gang going on adventures, but this looks to be on another level when it comes to action. But it also blends some of the new with plenty of the nostalgia fans are hoping for. Arnold's grandparents are still crazy, Helga still has a huge crush on Arnold and, lest we forget, Gerald might be the best, best friend in the history of best friends.

Series creator Craig Bartlett co-wrote and executive produced Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie for Nickelodeon. Hey Arnold! didn't have a very satisfying conclusion when the series ended, so hopefully, this new movie can rectify that. The movie follows Arnold and his friends on a quest to achieve his ultimate dream of finding his missing parents. The two-hour TV movie features a storyline that picks up from where the series ended in 2004 and resolves burning questions fans have had. Most importantly, Arnold finally getting answers about the whereabouts of his missing parents.

The movie features original Hey Arnold! voice cast members Francesca Marie Smith as Helga and Anndi McAfee as Phoebe. New voice actors in the form of Mason Vale Cotton as Arnold and Benjamin "Lil' P-Nut" Flores, Jr. as Gerald are on board for Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie as well. Lane Toran, the original voice of Arnold, and Jamil Walker Smith, original voice of Gerald, are still providing their voices for the movie, but they will voice new characters, as Che and Paulo. If that isn't exciting enough, Alfred Molina (Raiders of the Lost Ark) stars as the villain, Lasombra. Since elements of this trailer give off major Indiana Jones vibes, that seems fitting.

In addition to the trailer, Nickelodeon finally revealed that Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie will arrive on November 24. So set your DVR and dig out that old Nicktoons shirt, because next month, you can party with everyone's favorite football head once again. Who knows? If all goes well, maybe this will lead to an actual Hey Arnold! revival series. But let's not get too ahead of ourselves. For now, be sure to check out the Hey Arnold!
