The new 2012-2013 TV season is inching closer and closer, especially with certain NBC shows like Grimm getting an early start this year. We reported last month that Grimm will air its Season 2 Premiere Monday, August 13 at 10 PM ET, before going back to its normal Friday 9 PM time slot September 14. Today, we have a first look at the villainous beast known as Mauvais Dentes that takes center stage during Season 2's first episode. Take a look at this vicious beast, and read on to see what executive producers David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf had to say about this new enemy and the upcoming season.

David Greenwalt revealed that the Mauvais Dentes is one of the greatest threats to Portland that Nick (David Giuntoli) has ever had to face.

"He's the worst thing that's ever come. He can kill a whole village. And he acts like a cat, so he likes to rope you in and play with you a little bit and observe you. He'll never be predictable."

Jim Kouf revealed that Season 2 will primarily focus on Nick and his personal relationships, instead of these monsters he must face every week.

"It's more focused on Nick now. Before, it was catch what [monsters] came across his desk. These are more directed toward him."
