Production is well under way on Season 5 of The Walking Dead, with fans set to get a new glimpse at what's to come during AMC's "Dead, White and Blue" marathon over the 4th of July weekend. If you can't wait that long, then you're in luck, since the network has just released two behind-the-scenes videos, the first of which features The Walking Dead cast and crew sharing their thoughts about the season during the first day of production. The second video showcases the props, kills and explosions, where cast and crew members reveal their favorite kills from the series thus far.

The Walking Dead is based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics. The series tells the story of the months and years after a zombie apocalypse and follows a group of survivors, led by sheriff Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home. The Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Melissa McBride, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chad Coleman and Sonequa Martin-Green.
