After months of speculation, Netflix finally unveiled the official title for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life by debuting a new motion poster back in May. Production on the four-part Gilmore Girls revival wrapped just a few days earlier. We still haven't seen any footage from the series, until now. The streaming service debuted the first trailer today, while announcing the series premiere date.

This trailer offers our first look at Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) in 2016. Seasons change, but some things never will. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life premieres Friday, November 25 at 12:01 AM PT, only on Netflix. Welcome back to Stars Hollow!

Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life includes four 90-minute chapters, each spanning one of the four seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is created by Amy Sherman-Palladino, who executive produces, writes and directs the four 90-minute chapters with Daniel Palladino. The project is from Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Original Gilmore Girls stars characters Emily Gilmore (Kelly Bishop), Luke Danes (Scott Patterson), Sookie St. James (Melissa McCarthy) and many more will also return. Other stars of the original series such as Yanic Truesdale, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia, Matt Czuchry and Liza Weil are also returning, along with special guest stars Sutton Foster and Mae Whitman.

We learned in the first photos which debuted in April that Rory Gilmore is now a teacher in Stars Hollow, and the revival will be set approximately eight years after the series went off the air. Gilmore Girls ran for seven seasons between 2000 and 2007 on The WB and The CW, with its run spanning 153 episodes.
