To celebrate the release of Game of Thrones: The Complete Seventh Season on Blu-ray and DVD, HBO is bringing this season's most action-packed episode plus never-before-seen bonus content to the big screen for exclusive fan screenings in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Fans will have the opportunity to experience Daenerys' dragons in full force as she rains down fire and blood on the Lannister army in the jaw-dropping episode, "Spoils of War." The big-screen viewing of this instantly iconic episode will be screened alongside the Blu-ray and DVD exclusive bonus feature, Conquest and Rebellion, a 45-minute animated story of the turbulent events that shaped Westeros that can only be found for a limited time on the Season 7 Blu-rayTM and DVD set.

In addition to the screening, registered fans will also be able to take photos with the Iron Throne and Dragonstone Throne replicas onsite, as well as to check out the replica Dragonstone map table and a gallery featuring the fallen conquerors of Westeros. In order to attend, fans must be a minimum of 18 years old and must pre-register for the event. They will also need to bring their Season 7 DVD or Blu-ray set or proof of purchase with them to gain access to the screening.

On the December 12 release of Game of Thrones: The Complete Seventh Season on Blu-ray and DVD, the Game of Thrones Season 7 DVD Fan Screening event will make its first stop in New York City, followed by stops in Chicago and Los Angeles. The event will open three hours before the first screening each day to allow fans time to access the photo opps. The New York City event will take place at AMC Loews 34th Street 14 (312 W 34th Street New York, NY 10001) on both Tuesday, Dec. 12, & Wednesday, Dec. 13. The first screening each night will run between 5-7pm ET, and the second screening going between 8-10pm ET.

The Game of Thrones event will shift to Chicago on Friday, January 5 at AMC River East 21 (322 E Illinois Street Chicago, IL 60611). The first screening will take place between 5-7pm CT, with the second screening going from 8-10pm CT. This cross-country event will conclude in Los Angeles on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20 at Regal LA LIVE Stadium 14 (1000 W Olympic Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90015). The Friday screenings will be from 5-7pm PT and 8-10pm PT, while the Saturday screenings will be from 2-4pm PT and from 6-8pm PT.

Unfortunately, these screenings won't feature any sneak peeks of Game of Thrones Season 8, since the season is still in production and there has been no official word on when the final season will be released on HBO. While the final season is just six episodes long, there have been rumors that each episode will be feature-length, and that the production schedule for this season is actually long than that of a regular 10-episode season. While we'll have to wait and see what's happening with GoT Season 8, if you want to attend these Season 7 Blu-ray fan screenings, you can visit the Pre-Registration site at GOTScreening.HBO.com for full details and conditions.
