On Monday, we showed you photos from next week's episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., entitled "The Hub", airing Tuesday, November 12 at 8 PM ET on ABC. Now we have three more photos from "The Hub" that give us our first look at Saffron Burrows as fan favorite Victoria Hand. Take a look at these photos, then read on for more information about the character. You can also check out the promo for this episode released earlier today.

Victoria Hand was created by Brian Bendis and Michael Deodato in 2009 as a S.H.I.E.L.D. accountant. In the comic books, she was also openly homosexual, and involved with an agent named Isabelle. Here's a description of the character from the Marvel Database.

"Three years before the Skrull Invasion, Victoria Hand was an accountant for S.H.I.E.L.D., who was in a relationship with another agent named Isabelle. Victoria was determined to send a letter informing Director Nick Fury how he was mishandling the War on Terror. Isabelle implored Victoria not to send the letter but Victoria did anyways and was transferred immediately to Portland, Oregon. As a result, Isabelle, furious that she did not listen to her, ended their relationship."

It isn't known if Victoria Hand will appear in just this upcoming episode, or if the producers have a multi-episode arc planned for her.
