Last month, the first set photos surfaced from The Defenders mini-series, which featured Mike Colter's Luke Cage and Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple (a.k.a. Night Nurse) reuniting. Today, we have even more set photos, which show two more Defenders meeting up, Charlie Cox's Daredevil and Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones. We also have a new photo with Iron Fist himself, Finn Jones' Danny Rand, who is teaming up with Jessica Henwick's Colleen Wing. There is even a very special Easter Egg that any Marvel fan will surely appreciate.

The photos surfaced on a number of different Twitter accounts, but one photo features a special appearance by Marvel legend Stan Lee, sort of. The photo in question features Krysten Ritter standing next to an NYPD billboard featuring none other than Stan Lee dressed in a police uniform. While his cameos on the movie side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have become highlights for fans, Stan Lee hasn't had cameos in any of the Marvel Netflix shows thus far. Perhaps that will all change with The Defenders when it debuts next year.

It was recently confirmed that Iron Fist star Jessica Henwick will return as Colleen Wing in The Defenders, so it's no surprise to see her in these set photos with Finn Jones' Danny Rand. Iron Fist is slated to debut Friday, March 17, 2017 on Netflix, although the streaming service hasn't set a premiere date for The Defenders quite yet. When The Defenders was first announced back in 2013, it was said to be an eight-episode mini-series. New seasons of Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage will debut after The Defenders, but no specific premiere dates have been given.

Charlie Cox's Daredevil, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, Mike Colter's Luke Cage and Finn Jones' Iron Fist make up he main cast of The Defenders, but there have been a number of other characters that have been confirmed recently. Rosario Dawson's Night Nurse, Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page, Simone Missick's Misty Knight, Scott Glenn's Stick, Elden Henson's Foggy Nelson, Carrie-Anne Moss' Jeri Hogarth, Eka Darville's Malcolm Ducasse, Rachael Taylor's Trish Walker and Elodie Yung's Elektra have all been confirmed by the streaming service. With production currently under way, we'll have to wait and see how many more characters are confirmed.

It was also recently confirmed that Sigourney Weaver will play the main villain in this highly-antcipated mini-series. Marvel's The Defenders follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. A quartet of singular heroes with one common goal - to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together. While we wait for more details on The Defenders, check out the latest set photos below.
