The CW's Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event is coming to a close in just a few weeks. We have just received a trailer for part 4 of the event and it brings back Arrow's Oliver Queen. DC fans have been waiting quite a while to figure out how this will all end for Queen and part 1 gave us a pretty good indication. Now, we can clearly see that Oliver Queen is back, but something just isn't right in the brand-new footage.

Part 3 of this ArrowVerse crossover showed the destruction of Earth 1. The teaser trailer for part 4 seems to hint that the destruction will be reversed at some point. The footage begins with the Paragons stranded in the Vanishing Point as Kara says they're going to "get everyone that we lost back." That might be easier said than done as the Monitor says, "all life ends." Next, we see Arrow's Oliver Queen pop up on the screen for the first time.

When looking at Oliver Queen, he is wearing his costume from Arrow season 5 and not the one we last saw him in. This is apparently after his death and his possible revival as the Spectre. It appears that we may be witnessing some time travel as Queen is not Spectre in the footage and he appears to be taking on Adrian Chase/Prometheus, who was the main antagonist in season 5 of Arrow. It's rather confusing at this point, but we'll find out soon enough. DC fans have been wondering how Queen's story was going to come to an end, especially since there are two more Arrow episodes on the way.

Arrow is coming to an end. It was announced earlier this year that season 8 would be the final season of the hit series. Fans were heartbroken to hear the news, but were then pretty excited to hear that the storyline would have a big impact on this year's Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event. But, we're still left in the dark as to what this Spectre change could mean for the future. In the comics, the character is a spirit who punishes wicked souls, so we could very well end up seeing that side of the character in the near future.

Crisis on Infinite Earths part 4 is all set to air Tuesday, January 14th. The last episode heavily hinted that Oliver Queen was going to become Spectre, which DC fans have accepted. There' still quite a bit of explain to do, but there are still two more parts and then two more episodes of Arrow to look forward to. Luckily, the wait is nearly over and DC fans should get all of the details in the next few weeks. Until then, you can check out the trailer for part 4 below, thanks to the SpoilerTV YouTube channel.
