Chris Meloni, the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star, took his clothes off for a recent photo shoot for Men's Health magazine, and the racy photos have subsequently broken the internet. Meloni, perhaps best known for his role as straight-laced detective Elliot Stabler in Law & Order: SVU and its new spinoff Law & Order: Organized Crime, is apparently in better shape than ever at 60 years old. The images have been shared to the magazine's Instagram account, and you can take a look at them below.

The cover photo is certainly the most racy of them all, as a completely nude Christopher Meloni uses only a weight to cover what's necessary. He's nearly nude in another photo that shows him relaxing on a chair wearing a pair of sandals and some rather tiny swimming shorts. One picture reveals how Meloni is in such good shape that he can do the splits and make it look easy, something else that's been leaving a lot of his fans impressed. Meloni's name is now trending with the photos quickly spreading on social media.

"This man needs to leave me the f--k ALONE! Stop messing with my heart Chris Meloni!" one fan tweeted, presumably while swooning.

Another fan tweeted, "Bitch. Drooling over Chris Meloni doing a split was not in my bingo card, but it's there now!"

"I'm attracted to women and @Chris_Meloni exclusively," says another tweet.

For those mostly familiar with his Law & Order work, it might come as a bit of a surprise to see so much of Elliot Stabler. However, fans of the HBO prison drama Oz may recall how the actor never had any issues with shedding his clothing for that series, which saw him portraying an imprisoned serial killer. Meloni was shown completely nude on the show on multiple occasions.

These days, Christopher Meloni is back to playing Elliot Stabler after recently reprising the role in a special appearance on Law & Order: SVU. The cameo served to help set up his own spinoff series, Law & Order: Organized Crime, which follows Stabler and his team pursuing a new kind of criminal in New York. The show was renewed for a second season so there will be plenty more Stabler where that came from.

"This time around with the Law & Order ride, I'm not stressed by: Will it go well? Will it not go well? Not that I know how it's going to go. Just that, eh, just ride. Just do, just be," Meloni says of returning to the franchise in his Men's Health interview. "There are bigger things, more important things. I know how important this is to me, but I have a clearer vision of life. I know a little more about love. I know a little more about real pain. I know about joy. I know better management skills. As you go through life, you get a clearer understanding of things, of your holes and of your gifts."

Law & Order: Organized Crime is scheduled to premiere its second season on Sept. 23, 2021. He has also teased that we'll see more of him interacting with Mariska Hargitay as Olivia Benson in future Law & Order episodes. You can read the full interview with Meloni at Men's Health, and you can see what other fans are saying about the photos on Twitter.
