It's hard to believe that it's been 25 years since Boy Meets World first made its debut on television. Danielle Fishel, Ben Savage, Will Friedle, and Eric Strong reunited at the Wizarding World Chicago Comic-Con this weekend and then took some time to recreate one of the most famous images from the series. It's pretty crazy that they all look pretty much the same. The cast even looks like they still enjoy each other's company. Fishel, who played Topanga in the classic 90s sitcom posted the picture on social media to share with fans all over the world.

Boy Meets World ran from 1993 to 2000 on ABC and attracted big audiences at the height of its popularity. The cast previously reunited for the 2014 spin-off Girl Meets World, which ran for three seasons on Disney Channel. The show featured appearances from all four of the main actors, who were back in their old roles. The spin-off focused on Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga's (Danielle Fishel) daughter Riley. The show earned high ratings, but was abruptly canceled by the network.

The first season of Boy Meets World set the characters up in middle school, while seasons 2 through 5 focused on the high school years. For fans of the show, they were able to watch the characters grow up with them, changing each season and continuing on in life, going through all of the things that teenagers do, but with an often absurd spin that could only come from a TGIF sitcom. The series ended with the characters in college, when it finally wrapped in 2000. The show is notable for taking place in the Philadelphia area and made a lot of references to that fact over the years.

In addition to the young stars of Boy Meets World, the series starred veteran actor William Daniels as Mr. Feeny. The name of John Adams High School where Mr. Feeny taught on the show is a tribute to Daniels' long-running role in the Broadway play 1776, where he portrayed Founding Father John Adams. Daniels came back for Girl Meets World as well, but did not attend this weekend's Wizarding World Chicago Comic-Con. In addition to his work on Boy Meets World and on Broadway, Daniels was starred in numerous movies and TV shows, including the voice of KITT on Knight Rider.

Mr. Feeny was an integral part of Boy Meets World, so hopefully we see the young cast get together with William Daniels in the near future. For now, the latest picture of the cast from over the weekend will have to do. For those fans who are looking to go back and watch the hit ABC show, it was recently added to HULU along with the rest of the TGIF 90s lineup.
