Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) is introduced to yet another nemesis, Dr. Valentin Narcisse (Jeffrey Wright), in this Season 4 trailer for Boardwalk Empire. Dr. Narcisse is a philanthropist who controls Harlem, and, from this brief glimpse of footage, he considers both himself and Nucky Thompson to be "kings" of their respective areas. Check out these scenes which also feature Michael Shannon as Nelson Van Alden and Michael K. Williams as Chalky White. HBO hasn't announced when the Season 4 Premiere will debut yet, so stay tuned.
