Emmy Award nominee Vera Farmiga (Academy Award nominee for Up in the Air, The Departed), Freddie Highmore (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Finding Neverland), Olivia Cooke (The Quiet Ones) and Nestor Carbonell (Lost, The Dark Knight Rises) will check in to Comic-Con 2014 with a Bates Motel panel presentation on Friday, July 25 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in Room 6A.

The series stars will join executive producers Carlton Cuse (Lost) and Kerry Ehrin (Friday Night Lights) for a thought provoking panel discussion about the critically acclaimed drama at San Diego's Comic-Con. Panel will be moderated by Dan Snierson of Entertainment Weekly.

Bates Motel from Universal Television, serves as a contemporary prequel to the genre-defining film Psycho giving viewers an intimate portrayal of how Norman Bates' psyche unravels through his teenage years. Fans have access to the dark, twisted backstory of Norman Bates and how deeply intricate his relationship with his mother, Norma, truly is. Season 3 of Bates Motel is slated to air early 2015.
