Starz has released a Twitter promo for Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 3, which features a parenting segment called, "Who's Your Daddy? with Ash Williams." This is fitting because Season 3 introduces Ash's daughter, Brandy Barr (Arielle Carver-O'Neill). This teaser has Ash doling out parenting advice, showing off his skills in dealing with arguments. No matter what the argument is about, whether it be curfews, money or even who gets the remote control, the parent must handle it in a "mature, responsible" way... until Ash reveals he's only kidding, showing off how he'd REALLY settle an argument with his kids.

"Kick their ass out, slam the door in their face, and don't let those lazy scroungers back in until they say uncle...or in my case, King."

Whether or not this advice will be applicable to his own daughter remains to be seen. The third season finds Ash's status in Elk Grove, Michigan has changed from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero. When Kelly witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby's fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo that evil isn't done with them yet. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs Evil Dead!

This trailer comes just a few days after another parody trailer surfaced that promoted Shemps Beer, a fictional brew that pays homage to the term "Fake Shemps" that Sam Raimi created on the set of the original Evil Dead movie. The director had to use several different stand-ins for the stars during the duration of production, because the main actors weren't often available, so he called these roles "Fake Shemps," named after the numerous stand-ins who portrayed Three Stooges star Shemp Howard after he died during the middle of a movie production.

The wickedly gore-filled series stars Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams, the chainsaw-wielding anti-hero tasked with saving the world from evil; Lucy Lawless as Ruby, the unpredictable foe and occasional ally who has strong ties to the origin of the "Necronomicon;" Ray Santiago plays Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash's loyal sidekick and eternal optimist; and Dana DeLorenzo returns as Kelly Maxwell, orphaned in Season One and ready to kick some evil ass. The Evil Dead original filmmakers Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert and Bruce Campbell serve as executive producers on Season Three along with Ivan Raimi and Rick Jacobson. Mark Verheiden serves as Showrunner with Producer Moira Grant.

While the show has certainly been a big hit for Starz, Bruce Campbell recently called out illegal downloaders during a convention appearance, calling them "loyal criminals" and suggesting that if the show were to be cancelled, it would be because of the illegal downloading of the show. We still have quite some time left before the February 25 premiere date, so it's possible that this could be just the first of many installments of this "Who's Your Daddy?" series with Bruce Campbell's Ash Williams.
