Picking up six weeks after the midseason finale Year's End, The CW's hit superhero series based on the popular DC Comics character Arrow returns for all-new episodes starting January 16th. Things kick off with "Burned", which pits Oliver Queen against disfigured and disgruntled fireman Garfield Lynns, best known in the comic books as Firefly, who is seeking revenge on his fire chief.
