Leave it to FX's American Horror Story: Coven to take a saying like "pins and needles" and turn it into something truly disturbing in the latest trailer. Much like yesterday's video, which featured a group of witches in detention, we don't see any actual footage from the show, although we do get a pretty good idea about how creepy this season will get. Check out the latest tease from creator Ryan Murphy's horror anthology series, which focuses on witches in New Orleans when it returns to FX this October with the season premiere.
