The USA Network has renewed the hit series White Collar for a fourth season, which will begin production sometime in 2012.

White Collar debuted its third season in June, and has averaged a healthy 5.7 million viewers per episode, with an average of 2.5 million viewers in the 18-49 deomgraphic. The show is currently on hiatus before returning in early 2012 to air the season's final six episodes.

The series stars Matthew Bomer as Neil Caffrey, a sophisticated criminal who agrees to help the FBI catch other criminals with his wide variety of illegal skills. Tim DeKay stars as FBI agent Peter Burke, Tiffani Thiessen plays Elizabeth Burke, Willie Garson stars as Mozzie, and Sharif Atkins rounds out the main cast as Clinton Jones.
