Summary
The Nightmare spin-off TV series, "Freddy's Nightmares - A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Series", aired two full seasons on TV networks between October 1988 and March 1990. The series comprised of 44 episodes total. This anthology styled series was presented in a style similar to the "Twilight Zone", with Freddy hosting the story throughout each episode. Most of the stories' plots did not involve Freddy at all.
