Last month, we reported that Arrow star Stephen Amell will be crossing over to the new series DC's Legends of Tomorrow, portraying an old version of Oliver Queen in the year 2046. At the time, it wasn't confirmed when this episode would air, but thanks to a new synopsis, we know that the episode will air in just a few short weeks on Thursday, February 25. In addition, the latest episode of DC All Access was on the set of this particular episode, and if you look closely, you may be able to spot ol' Ollie in the background. Take a look at the official plot rundown below.

"When a malfunction sends the Waverider crashing into 2046 Star City, our heroes face a startling version of their own future where they never stop Vandal Savage (guest star Casper Crump) and never return home. The city is in ruins and overrun by criminals, which thrills Rory (Dominic Purcell). Sara (Caity Lotz) is despondent over the destruction of her home and stunned when she learns what happened to her old friend, Oliver Queen (guest star Stephen Amell). Steve Shill directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Ray Utarnachitt."

Last month, Marc Guggenheim revealed that the future Oliver is missing his left arm and will be sporting a goatee, in a nod to the character's appearance in the seminal Dark Knight Returns. This episode will also introduce Connor Hawke, who, in the comics, is the son of Oliver Queen. The October report claimed that this version of Connor won't be Oliver's son, but since both Connor and Oliver will be appearing in the same episodes, it's possible that they may be father and son in the TV universe after all. The network hasn't announced who is playing Connor Hawke quite yet, but hopefully we'll find out soon, since this episode is just a few weeks away.

It has also been confirmed that Arrow villain Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) and Ra's al Ghul (Matthew Nable) will be appearing on the series at some point, along with The Flash's Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes). The site also claims there is a "very strong chance" that either a younger or older version of Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) may surface on the series as well. Since the series is just getting started, don't be surprised to hear about more Arrow and The Flash stars coming aboard.

Last week, the DC Comics Instagram page started debuting cryptic photos that tease several more comic book characters who will debut this season. The first image features a wanted poster for Jonah Hex, while the other images reveal Ma Hunkel, the Golden Age version of Red Tornado. Hourman, Sandman and Sgt. Rock will be appearing on the show at some point this season, although these characters have not been cast yet. The images feature some iconic items from these characters, such as Ma Hunke's kettle helmet, Hourman's hourglass, Sandman's gas mask and Sgt. Rock's helmet from Easy Company. Each of these images came with the hashtag #LoTSpoilers, so hopefully we'll find out more about how they fit into the story soon. In the meantime, take a look at the latest episode of DC All Access to learn more about DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
