Suspecting something is off with her new neighbor, Karen Gaffney (Isla Fisher) decides to spy on Natalie Jones (Gal Gadot) in a new clip from Keeping Up with the Joneses, in theaters October 21. What Karen doesn't quite realize is that Karen is an actual, real-life spy. After following her to a Bloomingdale's fitting room, Natalie surprises her by coming out of the fitting room wearing some skimpy lingerie.

20th Century Fox debuted this first clip on YouTube earlier today, arriving more than three months after the first trailer debuted. This spy comedy certainly will have quite the challenge when it opens in mid-October, during one of the most crowded weekends of the year. Keeping Up With the Joneses will hit theaters on October 21, going up against Paramount's Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, Universal's Ouija: Origins of Evil, Lionsgate's Boo! A Madea Halloween and PureFlix's I'm Not Ashamed.

The comedy follows an ordinary suburban couple (Zach Galifianakis, Isla Fisher) who find it's not easy keeping up with the Joneses. Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot play this couple, their impossibly gorgeous and ultra-sophisticated new neighbors, who turn out to be covert operatives. The supporting cast includes Patton Oswalt, Matt Walsh, Kevin Dunn, Maribeth Monroe, Ming Zhao, Jeff Chase, Cullen Moss, Kristi Von and Dennise Renae Larson.

Keeping Up with the Joneses is directed by Greg Mottola (Paul, Clear History) from a script by Michael LeSieur (You, Me and Dupree). The writer also serves as a producer alongside Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald, with Evan Hayes and Timothy M. Bourne serving as executive producers. No budget details have been released, but it's possible this comedy could easily be a box office winner, especially with this all-star cast of beloved actors.

We last saw Gal Gadot on the big screen in this spring's superhero adventure Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and we will see her again next summer in the stand alone Wonder Woman movie, arriving in theaters June 2, 2017. Jon Hamm will next be seen in director Edgar Wright's new comedy Baby Driver, in theaters March 17, 2017, while Zach Galifianakis returns the the big screen this weekend in Relativity's comedy Masterminds, alongside Owen Wilson and Kristen Wiig, and Isla Fisher next stars in Nocturnal Animals, in theaters December 9.
