House is bringing back a familiar face for its series finale, Episode 8.23: Everybody Dies, with Jennifer Morrison returning as Dr. Allison Cameron. Fox would not confirm the casting, but insiders revealed the actress recently shot her cameo for the final episode.

The actress starred in Fox's medical drama for the first six seasons. She was last seen in Episode 6.16: Lockdown, when her divorce from Chase (Jesse Spencer) was finalized. She currently stars on the ABC freshman drama series Once Upon a Time.

Other notable alumni set to return for the finale are Olivia Wilde, Amber Tamblyn, and Kal Penn. Fox will air a one-hour Retrospective Special Monday, May 21 at 8 PM ET before Episode 8.23: Everybody Dies at 9 PM ET.
