Producer Jason Blum and his Blumhouse Productions company is teaming up with producer Tony Krantz, Endemol and NBC for an untitled horror anthology TV series. NBC has handed out a script-to-series commitment, and if the script is approved, it will receive a 10-episode order.

The horror filmmaking quartet known as Radio Silence (Chad Villella, Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett and Justin Martinez) are attached to write the pilot script. The show is said to be in the same vein as The Twilight Zone, with each episode telling a stand-alone story based on true events. Both Jason Blum and Tony Krantz have worked with Endemol in the past, with the company bringing them both together to hatch the idea for this project.

If the series goes into production, the plan is to employ the micro-budget techniques Jason Blum and Blumhouse have employed in hit features such as Paranormal Activity, Insidious, Sinister and The Purge.

Blumhouse is getting more and more active on the TV side of production, producing the upcoming Syfy mini-series Ascension, MTV's Eye Candy and WE's South of Hell, along with a Son of Sam mini-series for Fox Television Studios.

Endemol produces the AMC series Hell on Wheels and DirecTV's upcoming program Kingdom. The company also has 30 projects in various stages of development.
