It's been two long months since the new trailer for the fourth Marvel Netflix series Iron Fist debuted at New York Comic Con, as we inch closer and closer to the March 17 premiere date. While it remains unclar when the next trailer will arrive, four new photos have surfaced, which give us a closer look at Finn Jones' Danny Rand, along with Jessica Henwick's Colleen Wing, Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple, a.k.a. Night Nurse and the on-screen siblings Joy and Ward Meachum, played by Jessica Stroup and Tom Pelphrey. Some of these characters have already been confirmed to return for The Defenders as well.

Iron Fist is set fifteen years after billionaire Danny Rand (Finn Jones) was presumed dead in a plane crash. He mysteriously returns to New York City determined to reclaim his birthright and family company. However, when a long-destined enemy rises in New York, this living weapon is forced to choose between his family's legacy and his duties as the Iron Fist. Danny Rand must fight against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Iron Fist will stream the first season in its entirety starting at 12:01am PT on March 17, 2017, in all territories where Netflix is available. The drama will premiere with 13 one-hour episodes. Iron Fist is the fourth of Marvel's Netflix original series, following Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. All of these shows are leading up to the teaming of the main characters in The Defenders miniseries on Netflix. Production recently started on The Defenders, which will feature a number of characters returning from all four of Marvel's Netflix shows.

It was recently confirmed that Iron Fist star Jessica Henwick will return as Colleen Wing in The Defenders. She will be joined by Charlie Cox's Daredevil, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, Mike Colter's Luke Cage, Finn Jones' Iron Fist, Rosario Dawson's Night Nurse, Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page, Simone Missick's Misty Knight, Scott Glenn's Stick, Elden Henson's Foggy Nelson, Carrie-Anne Moss' Jeri Hogarth, Eka Darville's Malcolm Ducasse, Rachael Taylor's Trish Walker and Elodie Yung's Elektra. The Defenders will likely debut later in 2017, after Iron Fist debuts.

Before The Defenders, Carrie-Anne Moss will return in Iron Fist as Jeri Hogarth, who will be giving Danny Rand a helping hand as he returns to New York. Scott Buck serves as executive producer and showrunner of Iron Fist, with Jeph Loeb also serving as executive producer. Iron Fist is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios for Netflix. Take a look at the new photos for Iron Fist below, as we get closer to the March 17 premiere date.
