Following last week's announcement that Homeland will kick off Season 4 with a two-hour premiere on October 5, Showtime has debuted another trailer with new footage. The last trailer that debuted in July hinted that Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) will leave her newborn child behind when she becomes the CIA station chief in Pakistan, which isn't exactly confirmed in the latest footage, although that seems to be the case.

Fans also get another look at new cast member Corey Stoll (The Strain), who plays CIA chief Sandy Bachman this year, along with Rupert Friend before the critically-acclaimed series returns this fall with another explosive season.

As last season drew to a close, Carrie Mathison (Emmy Award winner Claire Danes), pregnant with the late Brody's (Damian Lewis) baby, got promoted to a new post overseas, while Saul Berenson (Emmy and Tony Award winner Mandy Patinkin) contemplated his future outside of the CIA. Season 4, filmed entirely on location in South Africa, will find Carrie assigned to one of the most volatile and dangerous CIA stations in the Middle East where she is back on the front lines in the war on terror. Along with Danes and Patinkin, Emmy nominee Rupert Friend will return for Season 4, along with Tracy Letts, Nazanin Boniadi and Laila Robins who are series regulars.
