The epic HBO series Game of Thrones has won a legion of fans, and Dark Horse has been working with HBO Global Licensing to provide this hungry audience with an entire line of collectibles from the hit series. Building on a collection of highly anticipated figures, three new Game of Thrones characters are making their worldwide debut this week: Tyrion Lannister, Ned Stark, and Khal Drogo.

After public display at New York Comic Con, all three will appear in Diamond's Previews catalog later this month for retailer and collector advance orders. They join the already-solicited figures of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, unveiled this summer at San Diego Comic-Con, in Dark Horse's growing Game of Thrones figure line.

Said Dark Horse VP of Product Development David Scroggy,

"We are excited to reveal the next phase of our continuing figure program and have additional characters in the works for summer release. We hope collectors enjoy owning them as much as we are enjoying creating them."

The non-articulated figures measure from 6.25 to 8.75 inches in height and are based on the likenesses of the respective actors, all of whom have approved the sculptures. The paint application is of the highest standard, reproducing the nuances of each character's overall appearance. They will be presented in deluxe window-box packaging, further underscoring the aesthetic of the HBO series with their graphic design. These figures arrive on shelves in April and carry a suggested retail price of $24.99, like the previously released Jon Snow and Daenerys figures.

But wait, there's more from Game of Thrones!

Game of Thrones Fire and Blood Red Ale

The hottest news coming out of the Great American Beer Festival's first session on Thursday, October 10 was the announcement of the third beer in the Game of Thrones-inspired series from Brewery Ommegang and HBO. Fire and Blood Red Ale, inspired by House Targaryen, follows Iron Throne Blonde Ale (Spring 2013) and Take the Black Stout (available now). While the beer won't be released until Spring 2014, a sneak peak of artwork incorporated in the label was revealed and will feature the three Targaryen dragons: Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion.

Unlike any other collaboration in beer realm history, Ommegang and HBO are creating smash hit after smash hit with this series. Iron Throne Blonde Ale set an Ommegang sales record as their fastest selling limited edition beer to date. Take the Black Stout is breaking that record and the third GoT-inspired brew is sure to take it a step further.

Fire and Blood Red Ale will debut in Spring 2014 through Ommegang's nationwide distributors. Stay tuned for tasting notes and additional information.

Let's all get drunk and play Game of Thrones!
