Freaks of Nature welcomes you to Dillford, where three days ago, everything was peaceful and business as usual. The vampires were at the top of the social order. The zombies were at the bottom. And the humans were getting along in the middle. Not anymore!

This delicate balance was ripped apart when the alien apocalypse arrived in Dillford and put an end to all the harmony. Now it's humans vs. vampires vs. zombies in all-out, blood-sucking, brain-eating, vamp-staking mortal combat. And all of them are on the run from the evil extraterrestrials. It is up to three teenagers, one human, one vampire, and one zombie, to team up, figure out how to get rid of the interplanetary visitors, and try to restore order to this "normal" little town.

Freaks of Nature is coming to theaters in time for Halloween, and it is certainly a mix bag of treats. We have the first red band trailer for you, and it promises a comedic genre thriller unlike anything that has ever come before it. If it sounds like this movie has thrown in everything including the kitchen sink, there's a good reason for that.

Freaks of Nature has had a somewhat tumultuous ride to the big screen. For a while, it was actually called The Kitchen Sink. The script had gained a lot of attention, and it caught the eye of Jonah Hill, who set out to make it his directorial debut. Oren Uziel, who collaborated on 22 Jump Street, had made the coveted black list in 2011 with this ode to every horror genre known to man. But when Jonah Hill's first Oscar nomination came calling, the actor bailed to concentrate on his craft. In stepped Robbie Pickering, and the rest is history!

The title was changed to Freaks of Nature, and we never heard about the project again. Until today! The film sets out to be a modern day The Monster Squad. Does it succeed? Appearing in the movie are Rachael Harris, Vanessa Hudgens, Ed Westwick, Bob Odenkirk, Joan Cusack, Patton Oswalt, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Denis Leary, Chris Zylka and Cerina Vincent. It appears to be everything you could ever hope or want to see in a Halloween movie. Grab your feed bag, strap on a couple of Edward 40 Hands, and hold on! This trick is a real treat! We also have the official theatrical poster for you to check out.
