During the last two episodes of The CW's The Flash, fans were introduced to a new character played by Adam Stafford, Adam Fells, a.k.a. Geomancer. Over the weekend, concept artist Andy Poon released an early design for this villainous character on his Instagram page, along with designs for Doctor Light (Malese Jow) and Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears). Here's what the artist had to say about his Geomancer design, which was created before Adam Stafford was cast.

"Geomancer concept I did for The Flash, with costume designer Maya Mani. I finished this one before the actor was cast so I based my concept on Jensen Ackles of Supernatural. Thought would give it a shot since he's already shooting supernatural in Vancouver and seems like @amelladventures is buddies with the Winchester brothers already. I tired! Maybe next time. Have a good weekend!"

Last week's episode, Escape from Earth-2, also featured both Jay Garrick and Doctor Light, along with a few appearances from other Earth-2 characters like Deathstorm (Robbie Amell) and Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker). The concept artist shed even more light on the Jay Garrick and Doctor Light designs on his Blogspot page, where he talked about how difficult it was to come up with these new looks. Here's what he had to say below.

"This week's episode of Flash, the Flash, Harrison 2 and Cisco took a trip to Earth 2 Central City. It was an awesome action packed and fun episode. A TON of easter eggs especially while the team is in the speed canon tunnel we got a glimpse of John Wesley Shipp's Flash from the 1990 series, Supergirl and Jonah Hex. They also encounter Killer Frost, Deathstorm and other dobblegangers. Jay Garrick also put back on his Flash suit for awhile. So here are 2 concepts of characters from Earth 2 I got to work on with costume designer Maya Mani, Jay Garrick Flash and Dr Light. Both of these were tricky in the sense that they were simple costumes in the comics, and Earth 2 characters seem to embrace the source abit closer. So to just have the right amount of details while not over complicating the design and ruining the nice iconic images of the comic characters were a delicate balance."

If that wasn't enough, the artist also revealed early designs for DC's Legends of Tomorrow characters White Canary (Caity Lotz) and the new Firestorm (Franz Drameh). The Flash returns this week with King Shark, airing Tuesday, February 23 at 8 PM ET, with DC's Legends of Tomorrow airing Star City 2046 on Thursday, February 25, which features Arrow star Stephen Amell guest-starring as a much older version of Oliver Queen. Take a look at these designs below, and stay tuned for more on these hit shows.
