It's previously been home to an Ice Warrior in Cold War - and the Cybermen! The episode will star Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman, Nick Frost, Michael Troughton and Nathan McMullen.

It's possible that the series may introduce the Time Lord's new companion at the end of the Christmas Special, forgoing an official announcement to surprise fans tuning in for "Children in Need". At any rate, Jenna Coleman is featured in the poster, alongside Peter Capaldi as the Time Lord and special guest star Nick Frost as Santa Claus.
