Last month, Netflix announced that the highly-anticipated Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil will debut Friday, March 18, while releasing a new trailer for the upcoming season. Over the weekend, Marvel and Netflix helped celebrate the Chinese New Year holiday with yet another trailer, teasing that "everyone has a debt to pay." While the trailer doesn't feature any actual footage from this season, we do get another glimpse of Charlie Cox as the Man Without Fear.

This season will bring in a few new characters that many fans are looking forward to. Jon Bernthal has signed on to portray the Punisher, and we reported last month that the streaming service is developing a new spinoff series specifically for this character. Season 2 will also feature Elodie Yung as Elektra, Matt Murdock's new love interest. There have also been rumors that the iconic villain Bullseye will also be introduced this season, but that hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

The Netflix original series Marvel's Daredevil returns with the highly anticipated second season of its epic live-action adventure series (Marvel's Daredevil Season 1 is now streaming). The second season debuts amidst the release of the Netflix original Marvel's Jessica Jones, the upcoming Marvel's Luke Cage and future release of Marvel's Iron Fist, all leading up to the teaming of the main characters in The Defenders to premiere only on Netflix. The action-drama will premiere with thirteen (13) one-hour episodes.

Blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) fights against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the superhero Daredevil in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil) is joined by a stellar cast. The rest of this ensemble includes Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle), Elodie Yung (Elektra), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple),  and Scott Glenn (Stick).

Marvel's Daredevil is Executive Produced by series Co-Showrunners Marco Ramirez ("Sons Of Anarchy", "Fear The Walking Dead") and Douglas Petrie ("CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "Buffy: The Vampire Slayer", "American Horror Story"), along with Jeph Loeb ("Marvel's Jessica Jones"), who also serves as Marvel's Head of Television. Check out the new trailer below, and stay tuned for more on Marvel's Daredevil as we get closer to the March 18 premiere. Who's excited for the arrival of The Punisher and Elektra?
