New York photographer Shelly Kay has released the first set photos from Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil, which just started production in New York City under the code name "Ringside." These photos offer our first look at Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock and Elden Henson as his law firm partner Foggy Nelson on the streets of Manhattan. Of course, we have no clue what exactly is happening in these scenes quite yet, but at least we know production is under way, with the second season set to premiere on Netflix sometime next year.

Rosario Dawson has been confirmed to return as Night Nurse in Daredevil Season 2, with Jon Bernthal signing on last month to play The Punisher. It isn't known if Season 1 stars such as Vincent D'Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Scott Glenn, Bob Gunton, Toby Leonard Moore, Vondie Curtis-Hall, and Ayelet Zurer will be back for the second season or not. The show won't have a presence at Comic-Con this week, but hopefully more photos from the set will surface as production continues, maybe even giving us our first look at the new Punisher.

There have also been rumors that Jason Statham was being sought to play Bullseye. We reported shortly after the first story broke that Statham was out of the running, although Marvel and Netflix still haven't announced who is playing Bullseye yet.
