Thanks to Marvel_Spider, we have new details about Marvel's Daredevil pilot, along with an audition video that reveals possible lines of dialogue from the actual show. The video was posted on actor Daniel Caltagirone's Vimeo page, which shows his unspecified character being pressured by (who we presume to be) the villainous Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio) to cut someone's hands off.

Take a look at the video, then read on for more details about the pilot.

A casting notice reveals that production will happen between June 30 and July 28, with Marvel_Spider revealing that the production is working under the code name "Bluff."

"I found some info about the pilot. Its code name is "Bluff", and is scheduled to shoot between June 30th and July 28th. The following link has a list of talent they're looking for, including boxers. In addition to the above casting, they're looking for people who could play "Thugs and Arms Dealers" in their 20s-30s, as well as 18-23 year old College Students for a scene filming on Thursday. So it does look like filming has quietly started."

The casting notice is also seeking minors, immigrants and actors who own a vehicle between the years 1980 and 1997. The official synopsis released in May confirmed that the show will have a modern-day setting, but it seems there may be some 1980s or 1990s flashbacks used in the series as well.
