Community star Danny Pudi is set to make an appearance on Season 5 of Chuck.

Nothing is known about the role he will play, although NBC confirmed the actor will appear in Episode 5 of Chuck's fifth and final season. Danny Pudi is no stranger to crossover episodes, after his memorable appearance on Cougar Town's season finale in May. Danny Pudi's character, Abed, spoke at great length about his experience visiting the set of Cougar Town on a Community episode last season, which lead to the crossover on Cougar Town.

Chuck will debut Season 5 on October 21. Other guest stars lined up for this 13-episode final season are Justin Hartley, Jeff Fahey, Craig Kilborn, Mark Hamill, and Carrie-Anne Moss.

Community kicks off its third season on September 22.
