CW picks up Ken Sanzel's Nomads Pilot The CW Network is the latest network to add to a growing trend this pilot season: CIA-themed material. According to Variety, the CW Network has ordered a pilot presentation for Nomads.

The pilot comes from Ken Sanzel (Numb3rs), with filmmaking brothers Ridley Scott and Tony Scott to executive produce the pilot. The story centers on a group of young backpackers who make extra money by freelancing for the CIA.

This pickup is the fourth CIA-themed pilot picked up this season. Fox picked up The Station, CBS has Chaos and NBC has the J.J. Abrams pilot Undercovers.
