Where do all the DC Comics characters fall within the movie universe? There is some confusion amongst fans, and maybe even some of the creative forcers behind these projects as well. Many actors from the TV side of DC want to join their big screen counterparts, but according to DC creative chief Geoff Johns, the TV and Movie characters all exist within a multiverse. It's not exactly clear what that means, or how they may be able to crossover with each other. At any rate, Matt Ryan thinks it would be amazing if his Constantine could some how find a way to mingle with Justice League. Though he hasn't heard any plans that this may happen. Asked if Constantine might team up with Batman and Superman at some point, he stated:

"I'm not sure. The show's made by Warner Bros., which has the deal with DC, and it's licensed to NBC, so I don't know how the ins and outs of that work. But as an actor, how amazing would that be to do a crossover?"

Constantine is believed to be one of the main characters in Dark Universe (aka Justice League Dark), which is being written and directed by Guillermo del Toro. While a script has been turned into Warner Bros., it is not immediately clear if the movie will be part of the DC Movie Universe that ties into the regular Justice League movie spinoffs. In the past, Guillermo del Toro has said that he is open to Matt Ryan reprising his role for the movie:

"What I made clear to them is that the TV series will not affect the movie and they said that's okay. They said you can have independence. Now, if we see the TV series and we can mesh with it or cast the same actor depending on where the movie is going, I would be happy to consider that."

At this time, Constantine has not been renewed for a second season, and its first season run was cut back to 13 episodes. The series maybe be well off the air before Dark Universe even begins production. Its unclear at this point how this will all play out in the near future. And sometimes, it doesn't seem like Warner Bros. and DC know themselves. Maybe they're just making it up as they go along.
