In just a few days, legendary filmmaker Roger Corman will turn 90 years old, but that doesn't mean he has any plans to slow down. Although his directing days have been behind him for years, the filmmaker is still an active producer, and we reported just last month that he started production on Death Race 2050. Today, we have two exclusive photos from the filmmaker's latest endeavor, CobraGator, which teases the vicious title creature.

The story centers on a big city that finds itself unprepared for the attack of a CobraGator, a massive hybrid of a cobra snake and an alligator. Needless to say, carnage ensues, blood is spilled and, most likely, life and limb is lost on an epic scale. Unfortunately, we don't have an official synopsis quite yet, nor do we know if there is a release date in place.

With the debut of these new photos, it's possible that we may see the first trailer very soon, but we'll have to wait and see. The cast is lead by Michael Madsen and Jesse Bernstein. The supporting cast includes Bryan Clark, Savannah Goldsmith, Aaron Groben, Paul Logan, Lauren Parkinson, Jack Teague and Grace Caroline West.

Jim Wynorski is directing with Roger Corman serving as an executive producer, but it isn't known who wrote the script at this time. Jim Wynorski has directed just over 100 films, including cult classics such as 976-EVIL and Chopping Mall, just to name a few. We'll have to wait and see if this new entry into his filmography will eventually become a cult classic.

It isn't known if any distribution is in place, but it seems likely that this movie will eventually end up on the Syfy Network at some point this year, or even next year. We'll be sure to keep you posted as soon as we hear more about CobraGator. Until then, take a look at our two exclusive photos below, along with three additional images
