In just under two months, fans will get revisit one of the most beloved characters in horror with the highly-anticipated Starz series Ash Vs. Evil Dead, debuting Saturday, October 31. We've already gotten a number of new trailers showcasing footage from the show, but today, Bloody-Disgusting noticed that the Encore website has released brief synopses and titles for the first nine episodes of the 10-episode first season. The descriptions are vague enough to avoid any spoilers, so don't worry about too many plot details being revealed. See the full Ash Vs. Evil Dead episodes list.

The first episode is entitled El Jefe, set 30 years after his last Deadite fight. Badass blowhard Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) unleashes the Evil in an act of stoned stupidity, bringing Deadite mayhem into his life again. The second episode, Bait, follows Special Agent Fisher (Jill Marie Jones) is tracking Ash. Pablo (Ray Santiago)gets his first taste of blood in a manic battle, and a revelation changes Kelly's life forever.

The third episode, Books From Beyond, showcases a mysterious woman who finds the destruction at Kelly's parents' farm. Meanwhile, Ash, Pablo and Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo) reach Books from Beyond with the Necronomicon and Fisher finds herself in another terrifying, inexplicable situation. The fourth episode Brujo seems to be quite important, since Lucy Lawless' Ruby reveals her family's connection to the Evil Dead. Ash and team also follow a clue from the demon Eligos, but Kelly pays a price.

Episode 5 is entitled The Host, where Kelly's current state puts others in jeopardy. This forces Pablo to make a brave move and Ash to reveal a new side to his character. Ruby and Fisher join forces in pursuit of Ash. The sixth episode, The Killer of Killers, reveals that Ash knows what to do with the Necronomicon, after experiencing a drug-induced vision. Pablo and Kelly notice something ominous. Ash promises to visit Lem, but Fisher shows up for an almighty showdown with her former boss.

Fire In The Hole follows Ash, Pablo and Kelly, now joined by Fisher, who arrive at the survivalist camp in the midst of chaos and must go to extreme measures to escape. Meanwhile, more is revealed of Ruby's mission. Ashes to Ashes follows Ash attempts to bury the book to end the Evil, but first he must contend with other, more physical things from his past. Fisher faces a horrific change in Ash. Finally, the ninth episode, Bound In The Flesh centers on Ash as he battles someone all too familiar, and later hears a message from the Necronomicon. Meanwhile, the deadliest Deadite attacks. Unfortunately, it isn't known when we'll get details and the title for the season finale. What do you think about these new details?
