One week from today, Arrow returns with its first episode of 2016, Blood Debts. When we last saw Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), he was in the midst of running for Mayor of Star City, a story thread that will surely pick up steam in the back half of Season 4. Earlier today, executive producer Marc Guggenheim took to his Twitter account to reveal two campaign posters for Olly's mayoral run. The posters also feature the website OliverQueenForMayor.com, which isn't actually active, but it may be soon when the show returns.

Blood Debts follows Oliver as he must deal with the devastating consequences of Damien Darhk's (guest star Neal McDonough) last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk. It isn't quite clear if Oliver's mayoral campaign will be addressed in this episode, but given the arrival of these new posters, it's probably a safe bet that his run for mayor will be touched upon.

We also reported earlier this month that the show will feature yet another crossover with The Flash, although it won't be quite as big as the epic two-night crossover event from last month. Arrow character Diggle (David Ramsey) and his wife Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson) will be heading to Central City in The Flash's 15th episode this season, to help Team Barry deal with the nefarious King Shark. This fan-favorite character first appeared earlier this season on The Flash episode Fury of Firestorm.

Neal McDonough's Damien Darhk will also cross over into The CW's The Flash and DC's Legends of Tomorrow, although it isn't known exactly when he will show up. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim also confirmed last month that Colton Haynes will make his return to Star City as Arsenal, in this season's 12th episode, which doesn't have a confirmed air date at this time. We still don't know why Arsenal is coming back, but he hasn't been seen since the Arrow Season 3, when he gave Thea (Willa Holland) his Arsenal outfit, before leaving town.

Other new characters popping up in Arrow Season 4 include Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Echo Kellum as superhero Mister Terrific, Jimmy Akingbola as the villainous Baron Blitzkrieg, Jeri Ryan as Jessica Danforth, JR Bourne as Double Down and Rutina Wesley as Lady Cop. Stay tuned for more on Arrow as we get closer and closer to the midseason premiere, but until then, check out these posters. Would you vote for Oliver Queen as Mayor of Star City?
